Demircioğlu provides legal consultancy on the daily corporate operation and compliance issues to local and foreign clients operating in a wide range of sectors such as tourism, fuel distribution, hotel management, shopping centre management and investment, real estate, and advertising sectors. He has deep knowledge of merger and acquisition transactions, company establishments that require complex articles of association, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.

Berke Demircioğlu is a former Turkish Baseball National Team player, and he is currently the captain of the tennis team of Galatasaray University and the coach of the tennis team of Galatasaray High School.
